Client and Employee Surveys

CanCare administers client and employee surveys annually. They are completed and returned anonymously. All employees receive the survey. 25% of clients are randomly selected and receive the survey by mail.

Client Surveys

2008: 248 clients responded to our survey. This represents a response rate of 39%.

2009: 215 clients responded to our survey. This represents a response rate of 36%.

2010: 304 clients responded to our survey. This represents a response rate of 30%.

CanCare staff washes or uses alcohol rub to clean their hands before and after providing my care
