All•Care and CanCare Health services have each been providing home health care services (nursing and personal support services) for over 25 and 35 years respectively. Service is provided in a variety of regions across Ontario and we continue to grow in providing  services to new areas. Our clinical care is delivered based on evidence and research to ensure we give our clients the best care. We provide individualized care to our clients to help them achieve optimum health and we provide a no-cost individual home assessment to help you decide which services would be best for you. We believe in working in partnership with our clients and their families to ensure you get the service that you want, the way you want to have it.

Our services are paid for privately by individual clients, or through Community Care Access Centres, Insurance Companies and/or other funders. We can help you determine if you are eligible for funding for the services you require.
