All of our staff that provide personal care are Certified Personal Support Workers (PSWs) through a recognized educational institution. Our PSWs and other support staff go through a rigorous screening process before being hired. Our support staff have all had and continue to receive additional training to ensure they maintain skills and competence as new advances are made in the industry.
